Migreurop is a network of 51 associations and 40 individual members in 17 countries in Europe, Africa and the Middle East. On 24 and 29 January 2024 respectively, the Italian Chamber of Deputies and the Albanian Constitutional Court approved the memorandum of understanding on migration concluded in November 2023. The Migreurop network condemns these manoeuvres, which are in line with the policies of the European Union (EU) and its Member States to externalise the processing of applications for international protection.
