Refugees in Libya, with the support of allied organizations including Migreurop, is calling for action in Rome from October 15 to 18 to oppose the extension of the Italy-Libya agreement for a period of three years.

Since September 10, a flotilla organized by a broad coalition of associations has set sail from the Italian coasts to protest against the deadly effects of the European Union’s racist border control policies and to call for freedom of movement. Migreurop conference - October 11th 2024 : proceedings and recordings

As the European Border and Coast Guard Agency Frontex celebrates its 20th anniversary on 26 October 2024, the Migreurop network, in conjunction with its members, organised a public conference on the occasion of the 10th edition of the Festival Sabir(Rome) to take stock of the activities and excesses of the Frontex agency, and of 20 years of war on migrants with no regard for their rights.
