TO CLAIM :

 The IMMEDIATE RELEASE OF THE 7 TUNISIAN FISHERMEN detained since August 8. They saved the lives of 44 migrants adrift off Lampedusa and now they risk to be sentenced up to 15 years of jail

 THE RESPECT OF THE MARITIME SEARCH AND RESCUE INTERNATIONAL CONVENTIONS

 THE EMPOWERMENT OF RESCUE INTERVENTIONS of migrants escaping towards Europe and the FULL RECOGNITION OF THE ASYLUM RIGHT

 THE ABOLITION OF THE BOSSI-FINI ITALIAN IMMIGRATION LAW, based upon the violation of the human and civil rights, which causes clandestinity and illegality, in particularly with the Interministerial decree n° 14, July 2003

 THE IMMEDIATE CESSATION OF FRONTEX MISSIONS, tools of the European policies of repression and death against migrants
